NEW - Family Blend, made at Fabrica de Tabacos Raices Cubanas in Honduras, the factory that also produces Alec Bradley Tempus, Family Blend consists of specially selected Honduran and Nicaraguan long fillers, plus an Indonesian binder, seamlessly rolled in a very carefully aged Honduran Trojes wrapper leaf. Tempus, latin meaning Time. Time is one of the most important factors when creating a great cigar. Alec Bradley Tempus is made at the Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras. Only 20% of the cigar rollers at the factory are chosen to make the Tempus brand. Using a select tobacco from a farm in the Trojes region of Honduras, just north of the border of Nicaragua, and some of the finest tobacco from Jalapa, Nicaragua. All the cigars are rolled in the traditional Cuban style, tubing each filler tobacco and using a triple cap finished wrapper. Available in five popular Cuban sizes and a unique figurado shape. Prensado, translates to "box pressed" in Spanish, and these new cigars from Alec Bradley were built around a Corojo 2006 wrapper grown in Trojes, Honduras, near the Nicaraguan border. Brand owner Alan Rubin first smoked the tobacco in 2008 and decided to create an entirely new line around the leaf.
